Somewhere along the way, couples photos became something people thought they needed a special occasion for.
Engagement. Anniversary. Proposal. Wedding.
Those are absolutely worth documenting, but they are not the only reason you deserve good photos together. Sometimes the reason can simply be that you love each other.

Think about how many pictures you probably have together on your phone.
Now think about how many of those are screenshots, selfies, blurry pictures from date night, or photos where one of you had to prop the phone against something and race into position.
There is nothing wrong with those pictures. I actually think they are part of the story too.
But there is something special about intentionally documenting the season of life you are currently in. You do not need a ring on your finger or a major milestone on the calendar.
